Ik leef een rustig leven met mijn man en zes kinderen. Werk is schaars hier waar wij leven en daarom ben ik zo dankbaar dat ik deel uit mag maken van de borduurgroep. Vorige maand heb ik van het borduurgeld een schooluniform kunnen kopen voor mijn jongste kind. Als een kind zonder uniform op school komt, kan het naar huis gestuurd worden, dus zo’n uniform is heel belangrijk in onze gemeenschap. Ik heb ook gordijnen gekocht voor mijn huis en ik heb al mijn kinderen een beetje zakgeld gegeven. Daar waren ze allemaal heel blij mee.
Hello, I purchased one of your embroidery pieces a few years ago at the Houston International Quilt Festival. I love your design. You do beautiful work. I really enjoyed reading about you and all the other embroidery lives in South Africa. I wish there was more I could do to help. They said that was the last time they would br attending the festival. Thank you for the encouraging words, it is so nice to hear that you enjoy my embroidery project. for 10 years Houston had been very good for Tambani, pleasant appreciative quilters bought our embroideries with great abandon. the best to help my project is to spread the word and for people to place orders.
